"The property is clean and well kept. The air conditioning in the lobby and bar/restaurant area was out which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff handling it was very friendly and efficient. The first room we had was clean and comfortable but out TV stopped working and maintenance couldn't get it working so the next day the head maintenance guy still couldn't figure it out so after a little over 2 hours they moved us to an upgraded room which was very nice and everything...

"Location great but the shower was awful and the elevator was broken. Overall the location was close to lots to do and the ocean front view was beautiful. However I do not think I’d pick this hotel again."

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set....

"This place is over rated. Broken door, found dirty clothes from previous guest, terrible smell like if someone vomited and never was cleaned. The sofa bed was dirty, cracks all over and unusable. Terrible experience. We couldn't stay. I talk to the young ladies at reception, they apologized and they said a refund was authorized and to go through Expedia to deal with it. I contacted Expedia and they refused to reimburse the money. We left the hotel about an hour later. I won't trust Expedia...

"No pool , I didn’t have a car to go to sister hotel. No beach umbrella or chairs. But I did relax and enjoyed myself."

"We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!"

Elevator opened to a humid, very hot corridor, room smelled like cheese, when is back down to request another room and I waited 15 minutes for someone to show. No one. "Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The motel was excellent. The room was clean and recently remodeled.\n Staff was great with the exception of one Gus clerk. He was foreign and did not comprehend his job. But that didn't affect our stay. It was excellent."
