"Zara Hotel is a very good place to stay in, its clean with very good variety of food. My disappointment this last stay in the hotel, is with some members of staff at the reception that demostrated have poor hospitality and customer care services towards some customers. I had to pay twice before refunding me back. I was disppointed more by wasting time explaining myself on the same issue which is a result of someone's incompetence at the front desk. "

Rummet kändes inte fräscht vid ankomst, och under hela vistelsen fick jag inte uppleva någon egentlig förbättring. Det var smutsigt, dammigt och trångt på ett sätt som gjorde att man nästan fick klaustrofobi. Att leva i en sådan miljö under flera dagar påverkar både...
