"The room was clean but is a bit dated and old. The TV would randomly turn off and wouldn't turn back on. The staff was great. Breakfast was fine."

"Very efficient and warm welcome and very attentive staff. The room and breakfast were excellent. Sadly, the restaurant service on three evenings was terrible. I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."

"The pool is small and in a public area so no privacy to enjoy some relaxation. Staff at restaurant nice and accommodating but service was slower than molasses! Same with front desk...very slow. Hotel is in a nice, safe area and hospital is next door. A nice indian restaurant is within walking distance."

"The room was nice but a few small issues and tea service was basic. The swimming pool wasn’t that well maintained (a random boat?) and used by children mostly. Overall, a nice place but over-priced."
