"- Room not cleaned / towels not replaced despite multiple requests. - TV did not work yet technician never came (also requested). - Shower ran constantly varying from cold to scolding hot. - Room very warm, no temperature control. "

Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "
