Conveniently located close to Matsuyama Station, we were happy to stay one night at this hotel. Even though it may be old, it was very clean and the beds were the softest we experienced in Japan, which was good for our backs. The staff were so kind and placed our bags into our room before we checked in, so we did not have to lug them all the way there. One thing to be mindful of is that there was no working A/C in our room.

This is an excellent hotel a five minute walk from the JR Matsuyama City station. The hotel rooms were clean and air-conditioned and the amenities were good. I would specially commend this hotel for the excellent breakfast spread. It's very much a Japanese breakfast, but the variety was amazing. I would stay at this hotel again just for the breakfast.

The hotel was 5 minutes walk from JR train station, the breakfast was very good, a lof of food and yammy. But, the beds, chair and the room was old. The price of this hotel was reasonable.

Though the hotel is an older hotel, still really enjoyed my stay. The staff were super helpful and kind. The room was also clean, even though an older style I still enjoyed staying here. Also close to the JR line and tram lines. Thank you :)

Staff was so very kind and helpful, even though we did not speak each other's language. The location was very convenient to the JR train station and I appreciated that it was a little removed from the busy streets, and I sensed that the hotel is about to embark on some renovations. I would return again because of the kind and patient desk staff.

Affordable and convenient with close proximity to Matsuyama station. A good option for anyone spending a day or two in Matsuyama as part of a larger trip.

Second stay, still good

This was my second time staying at this hotel and while it was clean, convenient and affordable, service that day left a bit to be desired. When I arrived, an older gentleman at the check in desk greeted me somewhat brusquely and didn't believe me when I said I had a reservation, asking me to provide all my information again. It wasn’t until a younger staff member came over and cleared up the situation that I was able to get my room without unnecessary procedures. Despite this, my stay was nice and I’d return here if I was even in Matsuyama again.

ホテルのフロントの対応が良かったです。お部屋は一般的なものですが、お風呂のお湯の温度調整はお湯と水の量を調整するものでした。 朝食はバイキング形式のものと、注文して頼むものとあるので、絶対、名物を注文しない手はありません。
