一泊の素泊まりで利用しました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧で、部屋自体は新しくはありませんが、リニューアルされており、清掃もきちんとされていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。駐車場はセルフではなく、鍵を預かってもらうタイプでしたが、チェックアウト時には窓ガラスを掃除してありました。今度は食事付きで利用したいと思いました。

朝食プランでした。朝食の場所は他のグループとは区切られていて過ごしやすく、料理も小皿が沢山あり楽しんで食べることができました。部屋も綺麗で、風呂も十分広く快適でした。従業員のおもてなしも非の打ち所がなくて、快適に過ごすことができました。また道後に来る時はお願いしたいです。

高齢の父との四国旅行、道後温泉に行きたいという父の願いを叶え、さらに泊まりたかったホテルの一つである道後館さんに行くという私の願い、二つ叶いました。施設、フロント、温泉、食事最高でした。館内の百合の匂いもとても良かったです。サウナでご一緒したリピーターの方も、ここが1番と言ってました。食事も急遽お願いしたにもかかわらず、とても豪華でとても美味しく、対応していただいた林さんの接客も気持ちがよく父もニコニコしてました。企画した私も鼻高々でした。私もリピーターになりまか帰ってきたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました。。
