"高齢の母を連れての旅でした。 2階とは聞いていたのですが、旧家の階段のため、急で昇降に大変、気を使いました。宿の紹介に高齢者は階段は注意などの文面を記載して欲しかったです。また、鍵が開けにくく、フロントではその説明がなく、困りました。　全体的にフロントの方の説明が簡素だと感じました。　階段と鍵以外は満足です。"

"Stayed only one night but it was very convenient for a late entry to the amusement park. Despite the check in time of 3pm, we were allowed into the room at 2:30. Room was clean but is a little dated. The beds were comfortable and it was my first experience using a jinbei. Staff were professional. The complimentary water was a nice touch given the summer heat. The breakfast that was included with the package was liked by all."

The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood. We would definitely love to stay here again."

"Breakfast was limited to 1 main choice and allowed one piece of meat, either mackerel , chicken or sausage. The bread was big so we should be allowed to take more proteins. It should not restricted to 1 piece. Other than that, hotel was in a good location nearby to Huis Ten Bosch."
