"The room is nice, clean and well located. But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. "

"Hotel in general is great. Is located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 mins walking from central Shinjuku and close to Shinjuku Station for local trains and if planing to take bullet trains. Depending on you room, there are two separate buildings a block from each other but that was not an issue. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and a 24 hour laundromat. Staff is very friendly and check in was a breeze. I will keep this hotel on my list for return trips."
