The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, you can tell the staff really take pride in maintaining the property. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location is also excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good value for your money. I would definitely book here again!"

"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"

"This hotel felt quite comfortable and calm. It was a lovely oasis in the city. There are a few courtyards that were so nice to sit in. I was in a group of 9 people and many of the rooms had bathtubs that the other ladies were very happy about. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great where we were able to order eggs the way we wanted them done and there were choices of many other foods. We could order latte, Americano and cappuccino coffees, which were included in the breakfast. The hotel is located a short walk to the San Pedro Market, and about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. It is on a side street which made it quieter, but close enough to restaurants and shops. We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Cusco, and they all had their unique great qualities. This hotel was more upscale and very comfortable. "
