"We had a lovely experience at this hotel from the moment we checked in until we left. Staff was friendly and so helpful in giving us tips for where to go and how to best see some of the animals. On property we saw monkeys, iguanas, agoutis, geckos, raccoons, scarlet macaws, and we just missed a sloth at breakfast one morning. The view from the top floor is beautiful and we spent a rainy morning playing cards up there and enjoying the view. The staff at the spa was great and my nails are still looking great a week later! Breakfast (included) was delicious and the sushi was also very good (and very large portions!). Overall weâd definitely return!"
