"Good location being so handy to the Mount township and the Little Big Markets. Spacious apartment with a direct view to the Mount although over rooftops. Sparkling clean, comfy bed and nice to have a balcony. Apartment is well equipped for a long stay with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher in the kitchen and plenty of china/glasses etc. "

"The stay was comfortable & nice as the apartment was clean and very spacious. So close to the city and amenities of where we needed to be for the hockey tournament. Good customer service was given from checking in. It was a good place for the stay and days there we were there and reasonable priced."

"Photos do NOT do this place justice. We booked based on good rating and price despite the average photos, and we’re happy we did. Very clean, great location that’s within 10mins drive of anything you’ll need (i.e., dining, grocery, shopping, parks) and plenty of parking. Friendly room service checking in daily which was also nice. Will happily stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lorne Apartments (extended our stay). We had a son in the hospital and it was so convenient as less than a 5 min walk there. Room was well equipped and everything looked new and clean. Staff were friendly. Internal walls are a little thin re noise and can be noisy when helicopters fly into the hospital but didn’t wake us or stop us sleeping. V bad smell out front from sewerage system in neighbouring park but no smell in our unit. Would recommend staying here if...

"We stayed at a dozen different properties across Australia and Nee Zealand over the last 6 weeks. This one was our favorite. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, had everything we needed (and it all worked), and there were some nice added touches. Highly recommended."

"The lake is right across the road from the residency. The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us. The location is great. It's a pity that we didn't really have time to walk around but we did manage to take a walk along the walkway around the lake."

"Lovely quiet secluded location! The self contained appartment is part of the main house but feels very separate! Very roomy and spacious with everything you need! Gardens are lovely as is the pool although we didn’t have time to use it! We also met the gorgeous Mr Watson and had cuddles! The owner gave clear and concise instructions regarding access! Would most definitely stay there again and for longer!"

"The property was close to the event we were attending so it was great in that sense. Also the cleaner Caroline was lovely even when we arrived slightly earlier than expected. The actual person who owned the place was difficult to get a hold of at times. It was annoying and stressful trying to figure out the entry and the so many codes. Other than that it was fine it wouldve been nice to have another car park space. Toilet rolls and Tea would have been nice to be stocked up on."

"We loved staying at this property. It was walking distance to both the beach and mount maunganui shops, perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed and was well set up. Unfortunately the bed in the master room was uncomfortable and the restrictions around washing clothes after 4pm meant there was no where to hang the washing (possibly a clothes horse is needed). Check-in was from 4pm which was a shame, we would have appreciated 2pm (not at an extra cost though). Otherwise we...
