"easy check in. convenient. Clean room w extra blankets. Only complaint was the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. It is a little to late to call for conditioner when you are already in the shower so that was irritating"

"Hampton Inn is conveniently located near shopping, dining and a supermarket. It is right off the highway (I 295) and easy to find. The staff is friendly and informative. Everything from the lobby to the pool to the gym and our room was clean and in good condition. The heating system was easy to adjust, quiet and efficient. I recommend this property for its value as well."

"So first room had a bed bug found, so switched to another room. Second room: was unable to adjust temperature down to comfortable setting and TV would turn on but unable to get picture or channels. "

"Bad. Checked in a little before 10 PM, were given a smoky smelling room, which they changed for us to one that didn’t smell smoky. The place is rough around the edges. But when I stayed there a year and a half ago it was okay / pretty good, especially with our little dog and the price. This time, forget it. But it was late and we were tired. The sheets and bedding were clean. Noisy heater, cracked casing around the door lock had been repaired with some thin nails, chipping paint, worn and tattered chair, ripped and cut curtains. I’m not a complainer. This is more of a warning for travelers. I wish the business well and I know they’re offering a service that is needed for travelers. I hope they can fix what’s going on and regain a fair standard for customers. I won’t stay there again. I’m surprised that it is listed with Expedia at this point. "

"Dave and Keleigh (the owners) are wonderful hosts and take the meaning of bed & breakfast to a whole new level. The Brewster House is a quaint, comfortable, and historical getaway and I would highly recommend. The beds are extremely comfy, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was top notch. Dave is a trained chef and you can tell he is passionate about his breakfast menu every morning (it changes!). Both of them are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed staying in the Cape Neddick room and appreciate the small details, such as our name calligraphed on the door, the personalized text message updates, and the care for our dietary restrictions. "
