"The entire hotel decorating is warm, cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lounge room with fireplace. I enjoyed reading one of the books in the lounge while I drank coffee and ate a warm biscuit. Maggie was an outstanding hostess. It felt more like a high end bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a memorable stay. We took photographs of the decorating because we wanted to remember some of the layers of color and texture."

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"Atlas was immaculate in many ways. Some of the staff were also very helpful. The issues lie in unpreparedness given how new it is. e.g. For the price point, I would not have expected pounding music above me from the restaurant till past 1am. When I called the front desk to inquire at 10:30pm about the loud bass and music, the response was “Do you need earbuds? Can I have someone send up earbuds? How about a noise machine?” When I could not even hear my TV and my heart was pounding from the...

"The location is great for touring Boston by trolley and the staff was friendly. The shower was handicap accessible, but didn't have the right seal to prevent water from flooding the bathroom. While there were two Keurig coffees available in the room, they were not great and the coffee downstairs was only available for a charge."
