"Counter staff was less that helpful or friendly"

"The over all property was clean. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful but the house keep would always be in the elevators alot during the day pushing there way in the elevators even if there where guests in the elevators. Also on our first night in Boston we parked our rental car in guest paid parking and the next morning we noticed another guest hit our rental car and didnt leave a note or tell the front desk we had to pay a large deductible on our rental car. It really ruined our trip. Especially because we where there for my daughter's college graduation."

"We had a great stay at Harborside Inn. The staff allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. They made recommendations of places to go and eat. Our room was huge. It had a fridge. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot, but no big deal. The walls are a little thin(we heard the baby next door screaming). Thankfully that wasn’t every night. They don’t offer breakfast at the hotel, but the restaurant attached has excellent omelets. The hotel was very convenient for everything that we wanted to see, which was just about everything. It is located right by the ferry."

"We were at an event that was for over 900 people, the food came out hot and delicious. The wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire event was flawless."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Boston. It's at a great location for work and the area is great for walking around. Only thing I noticed was there is no safe in my room but other than that breakfast is good, staff is helpful and friendly. Room is large and they have daily cleaning."
