"Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. TV remote was a challenge. Never figured out how to increase the volume. Food in the restaurant was really good, but the service wasn't great."

"The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot. Never going back again"

"We didn't use the amenities since came in late and only there for 1 night. The valet parking for $40 per night is ridiculous, thank goodness for public paid parking lot next door. Otherwise, great facility- would stay again."

"Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost."

"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."

"Was happy with the room and size. Only complaint is that the one chair beside the couch had stains on it. Other than that the room and hotel seamed clean. Also, when I went to use the phone to call receptionist it wouldn’t work. Found out that it wasn’t even plugged in. Staff were polite and helpful."
