"Nice stay but the room that I stayed in needed new wall paper near the commode."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with each staff member I interacted with being very courteous. The spacious and clean environment contributed to a pleasant stay, in addition to the storage room feature. I especially enjoyed the fettuccini Italian Pasta; it was delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to have great meetings, relax and unwind. It's a 10/10"

"The room I reserved was overbooked by Expedia so I did not get the room I needed. The hotel is a cool building and we enjoyed the area. The room we ended up with was spacious. The pictures that you see with a balcony looking railing outside, those doors do not open. The staff were fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful but there were times that they just did not have enough staff for a hotel that size, the same person running the front desk was also running around delivering blankets and towels to rooms. That staff member did a fantastic job but the hotel just needed to staff more people."

"Needs deep cleaning and repairs/remodel. Definitely a “budget” motel. Don’t expect high quality, and expect dirty/old corners and gross mildew build up on shampoo dispensers. One thing they could do that wouldn’t require deep investment is at least provide water at breakfast. No water in rooms and only sugary drinks provided with breakfast."

"I really like the safety protocols they have in place. You have to have a card key to access the elevator as well as all the floors. Having the lobby at the top of the hotel was really cool. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the city. It was so pretty. Room was clean, fluffy towels, comfy bed."
