"Every member of staff were friendly, helpful and engaged. The hotel was well designed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Convenient for the train into Barcelona or just the beach, the room was simple but clean, and the pool area great with enough sun loungers for all. "A very well maintained hotel. We arrived a bit early and our rooms were already available which allowed us to checkin a bit earlier. Rooms were clean upon arrival and serviced everyday. "Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."

"Arriving at the hotel and the hospitality was great but the spa and the jacuzzi I’ve never been in a jacuzzi that is not hot. The “hot tub” was freezing. However that was the only thing that was wrong with this place other than that everything was great as Americans we were not used to the food at the buffet but it was edible."

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."
