"We had such a super stay at the Seehof. The staff were fabulous and the ice cream sundaes we had in the restaurant when we arrived were very tasty! The hotel is situated on the edge of the lake with wonderful views. It’s just a few minutes level walk into the centre with bars and restaurants nearby. "What a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. "After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!"

"Pros: Location was fantastic, near the train station, main shopping areas, & central locations. Room was clean & comfortable. Cons: There was construction in front of the premises, making the environment too noisy too early in the mornings when people are still sleeping. Also, drunk & disorderly people were loud @ night also when people are trying to sleep. Breakfast was good, but have gotten way more of a spread included w/ hotel stay @ other places. "
