They offer two distinctive pools, a 50-meter lagoon pool and another that faces the ocean right beside the restaurant. No crowd and just peaceful feelings. Take the slow lifestyle, away from the crowd and relaxing moments. Can’t wait to return again. "

"Wow. This place was fantastic. We stayed unfortunately for one night only, but we really enjoyed the tranquility and the great energy surrounding Les Rizieres. The terrace immersed in the rice fields is simply spectacular. The room was cozy and provided with all amenities. The breakfast was really good - especially the papaya ginger jam made by the owner which I will never forget. The hotel features two very sweet and friendly dogs and one cute little cat too. The staff helped us also with transport to Bangsal harbor to catch the boat to Gili for a very fair price. Next time we'll definitely stay more. Totally recommended! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Andrew and the team were incredible hosts and made us feel so very welcome. The views were breathtaking and the villas are beautifully designed and peaceful. The food and drink options were plentiful and delicious. Passion fruit picked fresh from the veranda for my cocktail watching the sunset was a highlight! The staff were so attentive to all our needs and looked after us and our children so well. The treatments at the spa were outstanding. There is a beach down the hill which is beautifully secluded and we had a brilliant day out snorkelling and visiting the pink beaches in the area. The whole place has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and I can’t recommend a stay here enough. Home from home! Thank you Lobster bay team for a truly memorable stay!"

"Breathtaking Location, Warm Staff – But Needs Improvement in Comfort and Value Jiva Baluam is set in a truly stunning location nestled in a secluded bay with a private beach that feels like your own paradise. The natural beauty is overwhelming, and the bungalows are located right on the sand. It’s a place where you can fully disconnect and enjoy nature. However, the resort is very remote – there are no alternative dining options within 30 minutes, so you’re fully dependent on the in-house restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn’t justify the high prices. The Indonesian breakfast (like Nasi Goreng) was okay, but the Western breakfast was quite disappointing in both taste and presentation. The resort has been around for over ten years and is beginning to show signs of age. Some renovations would definitely enhance the guest experience. The bungalows are charming, but not well-equipped: there’s no fridge, which is a real downside given the isolation, especially since cold drinks from the restaurant are very expensive. Also, there’s no kettle – as an early riser, I found it frustrating that I couldn’t have tea or coffee until the restaurant opened at 8 a.m. On the bright side, the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful, and the WiFi is excellent surprisingly strong for such a remote location. In summary, Jeeva Baluam offers a magical natural setting and warm hospitality, but it would benefit greatly from thoughtful upgrades and a more guest-friendly infrastruct,"

"what an awesome place tucked away, even the drive on the small gravel road was exciting to get there. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. would defiantly be going back there, my two young girls absolutely loved the place it was so peaceful and tranquil. we didn't stay in the glamping tents but our two bedroom villa was better than expected, everything we needed! "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof. I could hear noises from the road, especially when people road rage after midnight till 3am. Then prayer started at 4.30am. I was able to get about an hour of sleep. "
