"No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout.
