"The staff couldn t do enough to help ,and very knowlege of area ,the rooms were spotless ,the breakfast was excellent both in choice and length of time .well placed for trams and city center .plenty of pubs etc in area but also good botel bar"

"We booked a king size room and it was spacious, comfortable and clean (complimentary robes and slippers). Check-in was quick and staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel reception modern. Tram stop 3 minutes from the hotel to bordeaux centre. We also did a 20 minute walk to place de la bourse and it was an easy walkto other sites. "

"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

"Room was clean and well appointed. They let us into our room an our early and let us check out two hours later than the standard check out. We really appreciated that because we were only there one night. There was an issue with the fridge not working and a window not closing properly, letting in a lot of noise from the Food Hall next door. The maintenance person responded immediately and replaced the fridge and repaired the window. He also provided restaurant recommendations and advice about...
