"The hotel is generally clean and well maintained. However, I did want to flag two areas for improvement: 1. Accessibility: Guests with strollers or disabilities are directed to use a back entrance through the parking area, which is poorly maintained and unpleasant. During our stay, there was dirty water on the ground that appeared to be a sewage leak, and we had no choice but to pass through it with our luggage and stroller, which was a very uncomfortable experience. 2. Breakfast Staff: One of the breakfast staff members yelled at us when we accidentally sat at a reserved table. A simple, polite correction would have been much more appropriate."

"C'est le meilleur lit et les meilleurs oreillers que j'ai eu l'occasion de tester de ma vie. De plus, la chambre avait une ambiance très apaisante. Ma chambre avait un balcon qui donnait sur une rue très animée et je n'ai entendu aucun bruit. Cet hôtel offre l'avantage d'être bien située sans les problème de nuisances sonores. Petit bémol, la chambre avait l'air plus petite que sur les photos et la salle de bain qui est magnifique est démesurée pas rapport à la chambre mais ce n'est pas un enjeu. L'accueil est très bien et l''employée à la réception a été très professionnelle et charmante. Ce fut une magnifique nuitée."

"My husband and I had a five night stay at the Capitol and had a Citadine King room with a balcony and a view of the river and the old city. The front desk staff were delightful, with a smile on their face every time we saw them and attended to all our needs. We had a problem with the AC and it was taken care of. Israel and Lois at the Concierge desk arranged a private tour for us which was exceptional. We had dinner at the Il Teatro twice and the food was delicious! The hotel is well maintained and the staff makes your stay memorable."
