"Good location "

"The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change."

"This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls)."

"We stayed at Villa Olivieri for one night after arriving on the ferry from Spain. It's brilliant! We received a great welcome when we arrived, and our accommodation was first class. "

"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off . Was very disappointed and turned key back in without even taking my suitcases out of the car . Regretted it very much to have booked this place . Did not even get a refund . Horribly"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. The pool was amazing and...
