The host was so sweet and attentive, while still respecting our personal space. Breakfast was so delicious and felt like home! So glad to have stayed here with my 13 year old to see a horse competition in Perry Fairgrounds. We felt very safe!

Peaceful with a wonderful breakfast

Comfy and cozy especially with our agility dogs! Sally was very friendly and, boy can she whip up a delicious breakfast! It's very peaceful and relaxing. You do share a bathroom with other guests. It's more of a traditional b and b. I'd go and stay with Sally again.

B and B - Comfortable

This is a B and B. Sally is awesome. Breakfast is really good. The beds are very comfortable. Be aware that this is someone's home. The 3 rooms are down stairs with ONE bathroom and a small common area. Yes, you share the bathroom. We happen to be the only ones there so this was not an issue. It has everything you need and more. I would stay there again.

We are so grateful we found this beautiful stop on our way to Helen. Traveling with a dog and a teenager, our options were limited and we didn't want a motel off the side of the highway. Grandeur felt like spending the night in a fairytale. Our host made us feel so welcome and right at home. It was so peaceful walking around the property and taking in the sunset through the trees, surrounded by bright red cardinals and sitting by the koipond. Breakfast was phenomenal and she even packed mine to go so I could take my time getting ready. Can't recommend it enough if you're looking for something off the beaten path.

This was in the quietness of the country, very peaceful room down steps in the basement of an A frame farmhouse which is unique! The owner was friendly and provided a filling and delicious breakfast! Beds were comfortable in the Mexicana room option with a queen and double bed.
