"The bigger water slides kids had to be 48 inches or taller. Food was very expensive in the resort and took hours to get due to needing kitchen help. A few minor things broken in the room and doors need new key card readers. Staff was very nice and friendly but seemed stressed and over worked needing a well deserved break. over all very clean and we had a great stay "

"Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. But the room was not very clean and the shower did not work properly. Pool water was lukewarm. "

"The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a huge disappointment- and should have disclosed this when making thd reservation. There is no hot breakfast- just a wafflemaker and microwaveable sandwiches. On our 2 night stay, the toilet started leaking out from underneath the first morning, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was NOT two queen-size beds, but two double-size beds, so the second night we didn't sleep very well. Otherwise, the property is older (bathrooms are VERY tight space), but relatively clean. Still, would not stay here again."

"Pool was freezing and hot tub was luke warm. Elevator smelled of mildew and was past its operation license and safety certificate date.. by over a month. Overall the room was clean and breakfast was okay. "

"There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water."
