The property itself is ok but the room was really run down, lots of wear and tear. Bed is not really comfortable, some dust and dead bugs under the table and bed. "Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Perfectly located in the vieux port (old port) of Marseille. The room was small but very clean and in very good condition. Air conditioned room (temperatures reached ~95 degrees F every day during our stay). No parking on site but plenty of nearby parking. I parked at the "Charles De Gaulle" parking lot for ~120 euros for the whole week."
