Definately Returning...

Was not sure what to expect, as Hotel is a 25 minute walk from the Centre, but I booked the Hotel based on the Facilities, rather than the location. The staff were excellent, Erica, Fredrica and all the staff, and our hero Pietro our Driver... Food and Drink were beautiful and very good value. Room was lovely, glad we went for the larger options with Balcony etc. Lots of room, well laid out, great showers. Kingsize beds awesome... MIni bar and Coffee was nice, but we really went to bar, or pool bar for most Coffees and drinks. You will spend alot of time in the "Centro" of Marsala, its fantastic, unreal food and good value. If not hiring a car, you will spend alot of time with Pietro getting dropped in and out of Marsala, we found ourselves going into the Centro twice a day... We walked in once, which I do not recommend, Pathways not that great. Lots of things to do in Town if you like food and drink... very laid back, fabulous place to detox from your busy day to day...and lovely to return to the Hotel, for a few drinks after each evening in the Centro... overall, 10/10...

Chambre propre, bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Plancher de la salle de bain et plancher de la douche un peu sales par contre. Petit-déjeuner style buffet très garni et excellent. Bel hôtel et belle cour arrière avec les piscines et les aires de repos. Toutefois, nous nous serions attendus à avoir une serviette de piscine fournie compte tenu de la nature de l’établissement (centre de spa avec plusieurs piscines) mais elle était à 2 euros.

Dejligt sted på

Vi tilbragte 6 nætter på hotellet. Det er et rigtig godt sted, hvis man har bil og kan køre lidt rundt. Der var lækker strand og gode spisesteder 3-6 kilomenter væk og der var supermarkeder indenfor 500m. Morgenmaden var god og der var altid god plads i poolområdet. Det er et supersted til prisen, hvis du har bilen.

Alles sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool mit liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Eigener Parkplatz. Privater Strand ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Thermalbad nur für Spa-Benutzer. Am WE war das Hotel ausgebucht und es ging beim Frühstück ziemlich "drunter und drüber". Um in die Altstadt zu kommen ist ein Auto notwendig.

In bagno il sapone doccia era completamente vuoto. Appena accorti, lo abbiamo chiesto alla reception, ma non avevano del sapone da darci, col risultato che abbiamo potuto fare la doccia solo poco prima del check out, quando ci è stato mandato personale delle pulizie con quanto mancava. In doccia presente una vecchia lametta, assurdo. A colazione il personale non passa a salutare ed a chiedere se possono portare qualcosa di caldo, avviene su richiesta del cliente. Inoltre, potrebbe sorridere ed essere più cordiale. Siamo sempre in una struttura 4 stelle. Occorrerebbe un servizio più attento: i tavoli della colazione all’aperto, alle 11 e mezza (1 ora dopo la fine della colazione) non erano ancora stati sbarazzati; passeggiando alle 20.30 a bordo piscina erano ancora presenti bottiglie di bibite e patatine che gli ospiti avevano lasciato e che nessuno aveva rimosso. Belle le piscine (2 d’acqua dolce, una della spa d’acqua salata). Possibilità di effettuare trattamenti estetici in spa (su prenotazione).

Over-rated.

The evening we checked in, we noticed the urine splatter around the toilet and dirty coffee cup but wrote it off to a hurried room cleaner. Not a big deal. We left the room the next morning to explore the area. After the day away, we returned to our room which had not been cleaned or made up. We informed the front desk. We then went out for the evening and returned to the room. The bed was made but the room still contained the dirty coffee cups and wine glasses from the previous evening. No mini bar replenishment. We had hoped to stay an extra day because of the lovely area but decided to check out. Short staffed? Maybe. Disappointed? Big-time.

A very good place

Very good place ! The hotel is perfect and the position is really very good, at short distance from the city center (5 to 7 minutes by car). Easy to join from airport and from Stagnone. Modern and well entrained hotel. Spa has nice treatments with salt.
