Food was okay. Have to pay extra for real juice, which is disappointing- especially because they don’t warn you about that but surprise you with the bill later. Only other juice available is gross fake sugar-water juice. Not much in the way of healthy options, either beverage or food-wise.

Hassled by the animation team a lot. At least 3 times an evening. Near impossible to get sunbeds. Food good, rooms clean. Everything charged in euros and constantly trying to push other drinks not in package on you. Italian restaurant poor. Others good.

the hotel is gorgeous, lovely staff very helpful and friendly pool barman Hassan and Ahmed thank you in the restaurant Mr. Abdulkadir was so nice greeting everyone and recommend something always what a lovely man thank you A very special thank you to Mahmud "Housekeeping guy" super clean and polite overall it was a lovely relaxing break and i will come back

I would avoid!
Just an average hotel, definitely not 5*, not even 4* in European standards. It's short in terms of rooms, food, service with poor to extremely unprofessional in handling one simple complaint and just a non stop flow of lies by their complacent managers and everyone either lies or tries to cover for someone else that it makes you feel disgusted so unless you are willing to not complaint about anything or anyone even if you have an issue then I would definitely stay avoid at any cost ! So if you want to still visit it then it's at your own risk cos your vacation can turn into a nightmare

The hotel is no up to 5 stars. The food is ok, activities lacking and service, other than in bars mediocre. They are constantly trying to sell other things to you.

it was a good trtip ,the place is clean ,AC is available in the room and in the hall and everywhere,pool is good and the beach is good also,there is agood area of the see to swim if the waves are high and not permitted to swimm directly in deep sea.

Great staff, food and overall feel.
Helpful and friendly staff. Great food choices and variety. We especially liked the freshly baked bread for breakfast. We also enjoyed the dive shop facilities onsite.

great location - near the Marsa Mubarak national park, where you can easily find a dugong (sea cow), giant sea turtles and giant manta rays - so, if you're a good swimmer, don't pay for the excursion - just go there by foot and observe them every day! the hotel has a very beautiful reef laguna, where you can meet new kinds of fishes every time you snorkel. pretty nice variety of food, very beautiful territory, not far from Port Ghalib, from where you can take different excursions or spend an evening at the fish restaurant. there is a good touristic store in the hotel where you can buy a lot of useful and pretty stuff for a fair price.

Wonderful hote
The hotel has the friendliest, most professional staff I have ever met. The food great with a huge variety and very clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Snorkeling is beyond amazing. Twice during my 4-days’ stay I swam with huge turtles! Couldn’t wish for more 😍😍

Holiday without I see the reef
My expectations was upper than how look the hotel but was a good holiday. I was very sad because I didn't see the house reef. I came here to see what the reef looks like but the pontoon was always closed I only wanted to enter for a few minutes with a life jacket, flippers, but I didn't have acces. I don't think I will come back again because I don't want see just laguna

Everything is excellent except the food :)
The hotel location is excellent with super friendly staff , bungalows rooms are so spacious and near from the beach breakfast which is super . They celebrate our anniversary with flowers and came and small celebration during the lunch which was so nice touch of them. The only concern for me was the food quality and variety I knew it is affected by the current circumstances of covid 19 . But at least they should provide good quality even there is only few items . Overall very good value for what I paid . The snorkelling also was amazing there .

Beautiful landscape, amazing hospitality that makes you feel like it's your home, the food is the best I've ever had in a hotel and the snorkeling is breath taking. Can't dream of more. My third stay and will keep going back.

Snorkeling heaven, best service and great hospitality from the most professional staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in addition to a daily icecream buffet and 3 free a la carte dinner nights. What else could one ask for!

Great hotel for snorkelers and divers
We stayed 3 nights and wish it had been more. The rooms were clean and in top condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good, especially by Egyptian standards. The snorkeling off the jetty was convenient and easy with a very nice reef (stingrays, parrot fish, angels, puffers, and MANY more, plus a good amount of living coral). We'll definitely go back. The beach area was clean with nice chairs and shades. The vendors were polite and definitely NOT pushy.

The Fayrouz has everything you need in this area: a beatiful beach, nice coral reef, large and confortable room, good food and a swinning pool if you don't like the sea! Staff is always helpful and cheerful

Nice resort by the sea
Very nice resort on the Red Sea. Nice, big room with air conditioning, large pool, and lots of activities to do on or near the beach. The resort is "all Inclusive", so there is plenty of food, but the food quality is not great. More like a cafeteria. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were very nice.
