"The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit.
Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids)
The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside"

"This hotel s food. It’s a very secure property, a room key is required to enter the parking lot which made me feel safe. The courtyard was nice to sit out there and just watch people and enjoy. I did not use the pool. I like the free breakfast and the happy hour that they have with the drinks in the snacks. The hallways could have been a little cleaner there was crumbs and stuff in the stairwells. The walls are really thin. I could hear everything I could hear the freeway noise and I could hear...

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from Broadway that we could relax without dealing with the noise at night. The pool was amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. There were plenty of restaurants just a quick drive away, so finding a great place to eat was always easy.
Another unexpected bonus was how convenient the drive to the airport was. It made our departure...

"The housekeeping staff is horrible. Didn’t clean our rooms correctly and the where no protocol for kids during a softball tournament nearby, running up & down hallways late nights and staff did nothing. Very below Hyatt place standards.
