"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was...

"Communication with hotel very poor. Sent messages via Expedia and email before arrival and received no response. There is no hotel shuttle, they will send you a taxi and will charge you higher rate. Much cheaper and faster to get an uber. The service in the hotel is pretty average or below average. There is only one or two people that were really outstanding, real shame, below expectations. "

"O hotel é excelente, os funcionarios são muito educados e gentis, prestativos e amorosos. O nosso quarto era enorme, muito confortavel. O unico problema é que a água quente não estava funcionando no nosso quarto, mas temos certeza que isto foi algo pontual e facil de se resolver. Adoramos o hotel e recomendamos a todos."

"Questo è un Riad nel nome e nell'aspetto. Ma nella sostanza è un albergo. Pulizia estrema, camere pulite ogni giorno, colazione super, personale di una cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia estrema, piscina meravigliosa (occhio, non è riscaldata, peccato).. Cosa volere di più? Rapporto qualità prezzo mostruoso. Se torneremo ad Essaouira, sicuramente Riad Tammam sarà la nostra scelta! Grazie di tutto. "
