The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help, and the breakfast was truly exceptional — and I am comparing it to other 4- and 5-star hotels. We were genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of the experience. However, I must mention the patisserie they have around the corner from the hotel. Apart from the fact that we consider it to be among the very best in Istanbul, I feel that the staff there need to be more professional, especially for the sake of the Divan brand. Sincerely"

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
