"I was only in my room from 10 pm to 7 am for two consecutive days. I didn't use any of the amenities. However, a shower was important to me and the bathtub would not drain. The drain lever would change position but did not change the draining. The first night the water level was above my ankle bones after a 10 minute shower. I told the staff Saturday morning when I was leaving for the day that the shower working was very important to me and they wrote up a work order. That night, it appeared that someone had worked on the shower drain but the shower behaved the same way. I consider this to be very unsanitary and should not be acceptable condition for letting out a room in a hotel.They offered no compensation or even an apology when I checked out. They didn't seem to care. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. You have been warned."

"Rooms were a little on the small side, the plugs by the beds didn’t work. This hotel allows pets, this was the first time I have stayed at a hotel with pets allowed. The rooms around us contained pets that barked in the early morning hours. Wasn’t thrilled about this. Would be more ideal to keep those of us without pets away so we can enjoy our stay. "

"Everything was fantastic as was every staff member I met while there. One thing for someone to be aware of is that the establishment is on the corner of the main 2 streets in Lexington. So if you are bothered by traffic noise, I would suggest asking for a room not on the street if possible. It was not bad during my stay, but I was there during the off season. My room was directly above where the cars stop at the intersection. A lot of traffic in peak season could be an issue for some people. This is just informational and not a complaint. The establishment cannot control this. "
