"The hotel was fine and so was the parking. The free breakfast however was very very poor. The eggs were tasteless, the hash browns were under cooked and not very warm. Talking with some people next to us at the next table, they said they stay there weekly for work and don’t even try any of the hot food anymore and stick to cereal. "

"We booked 2 suites for a family trip. The rooms were disgusting, and in extreme disrepair. Holes in walls crudely patched and not painted. Broken furnishing and very stained seating areas. Neither steam shower worked and toilet paper was not even provided in one of the rooms. The pool was out of order and not disclosed on website. Heavy chemical air freshener used to try and hide smell. It’s an old hotel so wasn’t expecting top quality but we only planned to sleep and let kids have a swim. We...

"The inside of the lobby is nicely updated. Small rooms with 2 queens (would be a REAL stretch for a family of 4, especially with luggage), but the worst part is the temperature control. For those that like a cool room, it was impossible to get close to its minimal setting of 18°C, therefore making for a terrible and uncomfortable sleep."

"Our stay was a one-nite layover due to WestJet cancelling our flight to San Diego due to weather. With no idea where we should stay, this option came up. The price and what it offered (especially the airport shuttle, pool/hot-tub, and free breakfast) was why we selected it, but because of these things and a whole lot more that we are giving this hotel a 5/5 … only because we couldn’t give it a 6/5! It’ll be out go-to the next time we’re stuck in Calgary!"

"Hotel is fantastic for ease of access. Staff were fantastic, room and hotel was clean. We only stayed for the night for a flight out of Calgary in the morning. Nearby restaurants and Tim Hortons for the morning coffee run. Lots of amenities within a 5-10 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again"
