"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Sehr schön hergerichtet, konnten uns schon um 11 Uhr an der Rezeption anmelden, bekammen die Karten für unsere Zimmer gleich. So das wir bis 14 Uhr schon baden gehen konnten und dann ab 14 Uhr ins Zimmer gehen konnten. Wo unser Koffer schon auf uns gewartet hat,den wir nach dem anmelden schon dem Portie gegeben haben. "It was OK. Just the first room they gave us was so old and smelly, like smokers lives on inside. They gave us same room on floor deeper, but renovated. There was a parfum in the air condition, bad for people with allergy, caused headache. And the worst for me was that the spa closed at 8pm. On Friday and Saturday. So what to do after dinner? Restaurant was great, nice food and people. The spa is also very giid"
