"Beautiful beach and surrounding area. There is nothing around so you need to have a car or bring food with you. We had two breakfasts and two dinners at Coco Mat which were both excellent and reasonably priced (as much as you want for breakfast plus omelettes). They also gave us toothpaste as we had forgotten it at our previous stay, which sadly we couldn’t get from Ammoa when we asked. It seems the larger apartments are more true to the images they show you at Ammoa, and at a higher standard in terms of interior, but the 1 bedroom apartments are quite basic and a normal hotel room vibe. Small windows everywhere. Nothing special in terms of design. What is special is the beach and surrounding area. I don’t feel I had seen images of the actual flat they put us in, if I had I would’ve gone at a higher price point somewhere else. Clean and staff was nice. Some tourists with tents/parasols on the beach, but that is to be expected."

"Have just returned from a 3 night break here. What a place. Amazing setting near two fabulous beaches. Staff so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully appointed room, breakfast delivered each morning to our room. We travelled by car which was an experience - the last ten minutes along a dirt track - but so worth it. An alternative would be to get a boat taxi from the port which would be fun! A great place and thoroughly recommend"

"A lovely hotel with very well maintained gardens. They do offer free of charge collection and delivery from the port(they have asked Hotels.com to say this in text many times but it still not advertised) which brilliant. Rooms are lovely and clean. Lovely soft towels and good quality bed linen. The beach is tight in front of the hotel. You can walk too the port along the beach and up some steps and takes about 15 minutes. Excellent beach bar. The staff are very helpful. A lovely hotel."

"Our stay at Liva Mare Serifos was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and well taken care of. The room were spotless and comfortable, and the setting right by the sea made it even more special. You can really relax here and enjoy Serifos at its best. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful throughout. Highly recommended."
