"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"Très bon hotel dans la catégorie, quartier tres tranquille, pas sur la grande route, beaucoup de restaurants autour à 5 minutes à pied , et un mini super oxxo pratique, chambre large , confortable , personnel agréable , service petit déjeuner sur place, le personnel très serviable . Attention pas d'ascenseur . Pas loin du centre et Ado , 10 minutes à pied "

"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "

"Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. Sin embargo, si regresaría a hospedarme a este hotel."

"I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is...

"Hotel con buen servicio y muy buena ubicación si tu objetivo no es la playa primordialmente y quieres conocer Cancún fuera de la zona hotelera, hay baresitos, tiendas y la terminal de autobuses queda caminando a 10 minutos y el aeropuerto a sólo 20 minutos en coche (cuando no hay tráfico) lo único “malo” es que había mucha gente y si es un poco ruidoso el hospedaje pero en general bien , recomendable "
