"This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop” a little light flips on. The beds are luxurious and comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. Might be one of the best Hilton properties I’ve ever stayed in. Bar and restaurant staff were super nice, as were the front desk folks. Really enjoyed my stay. One little note to Hilton corporate: This hotel is SO nice and so great. I think you should upgrade the furniture in the lobby area to real leather. Some of the couches and chairs faux leather were peeling in places and it was literally the only thing not to love about this great hotel."

"While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. THE POWER WENT OUT!! I was fortunate to get on a rescheduled flight home, so Southwest for the win. (I was on the 5th floor and it was becoming increasingly more humid with thunderstorms and a tornado warning.) I was told to contact Expedia directly,, so here is your review!"

"Clean room"

"We couldn’t sleep all night. The clientele profile is very bad. People were fighting in the hallway, it got physical, there was yelling and doors were slammed. Security took few hours to deal with it & after they left, it started again. I do not recommend this place. Ruined my trip"

"Spacious rooms; Spacious and clean lobby. Spacious place for breakfast, adequate variety of options. Clean bed and linen. Couch was comfortable. In the room where I stayed, there was no microwave but there is one in the lobby. Carrying food to the lobby just to heat up was something I never did in any other hotels. Apart from this, everything is great at this hotel. Parking is a bit expensive but given the busy location it was reasonable."
