"The hotel does not match the pictures at all. I was expecting certain furniture and rooms that were clean and that wasn’t the case. The pool was black. No breakfast. Staff were unable to help me when asking questions. The hotel smells of marijuana …. Strong! I was woken up early by what I thought were loud guests but it was actually the workers. I would not have stayed there but I came in so late with my kids…. I am so disappointed. Please don’t stay here"

"This is a resort level hotel, convenient to the airport and Graceland. the staff is exceptional. The amenities are also great, pb&j sandwich topped off the night. The decor is fun and stylish. The rooms are big, stand up shower was excellent, pool was great, free water in lobby. Coffee machine in room is not good. Would love coffee as an amenity. All food is for purchase and reasonable. Coffee shop in lobby is pretty good. Dogs are very welcome here and we saw many. Queen beds make a difference...

"My room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the A/C worked well. Unfortunately, several issues made this a disappointing stay. The TV remote did not work, and the room phone had no dial tone. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk at least 10 times, letting it ring 1-2 minutes each time. I was repeatedly told by the automated system that someone would call me back "as soon as possible," but I never received a return call. I could have gone downstairs, but...
