"The hotel was clean and room was nice size. The pool is pretty small for the size of the building. If it was sold to capacity there would be no room for everyone. Good location"

"I had high expectations for this hotel’s Italian restaurant Stretto given the upscale pricing, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. With entrées priced well over $50, I expected both quality and attention to detail. Instead, we were served an undercooked risotto that lacked the creamy texture and flavor you would expect from a proper Italian dish. The steak was equally disappointing—it appeared pale and unappetizing, almost as if it had been boiled rather than properly seared. The most frustrating dish was the lobster linguine. It arrived cold, and despite being advertised as a lobster dish, it contained no actual lobster—just two jumbo shrimp placed on top. For a plate at that price point, this felt misleading and unacceptable. Overall, the food did not match the premium pricing, and the execution was far below expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made in both quality and accuracy of the menu."

"It was wonderful. Exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere this is not the place. If you’re looking for a nice resort with a nice pool right on the beach, where they take care of you and are very courteous and accommodating, this is your place. We may come again, and we certainly would recommend it to others."

"The property looks older even though it isn’t. There are several restaurants, but other than JWB, they all have pretty much the same thing. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice with large bathrooms and spacious showers. Not much to do in the immediate area."

"Our room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and they extended our stay to help us out. This place is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car - pool area, tiki bar and restaurant, and a walkable area for coffee or other restaurants. The live music was spot on: a mix of genres to appeal to many ages and tastes. I ran the neighborhoods in the mornings and felt safe. It’s a busy place in the evening and was such a fun time!"

"The location is great but be forewarned that the tiki bar is going pretty much all day and at night until 11/12. It is very loud! You will not escape the music by going to your room. It’s a very nice place to stay if that’s the environment you want. Not great for just trying to relax. "
