"Hotel is clean and staff was helpful. My only problem is your dish network did not have NESN sports network, that will make us not stay here during baseball season."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very helpful with recommendations and friendly. Check in and check out was extremely smooth. The only complaint we have is that it was a bit loud inside the hotel in the evening and early mornings. This had more to do with the guests allowing children to run through the hallways than it does the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we get back to Middletown/Newport."
