Relaxed family atmosphere and multiple areas to relax or have fun. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. I would like to return. It is a great property. "This place is near many things however, it was loud when I got there and in general, the place was old and unclean. My specific room was in the corner of the hallway and when people passed by, I could hear everything. The upper lock to my door was broken and the air conditioning seemed old. They had complementary breakfast, but seeing how dirty everything was, I decided to skip it and leave a day early. "

"Room not ready on time, have us wrong room type and had to move to other side of complex. This burned up our afternoon time we wanted to spend at the pool which we then never used. Staff and manager never said anything. Breakfast at hotel was very poor quality for the hotel class. "
