"When we arrived we were shown a room about 20 sq m. We had reserved an apartment room 55 sq m, with full kitchen. After showing them my reservation I was told the room wasn't available because they were under reservation. The whole front of the building is scaffolded and looks like it has been like this fir awhile. We had to find another place in the evening as we had food that would spoil. My advise.DO NOT STAY HERE. "We had a lovely, large, clean, airy room with a comfortable balcony which had a table and chairs. Really good air conditioning which was needed and a mini fridge with drinks. Very comfortable bed. Staff were really friendly and helped us to book a restaurant and taxi. Breakfast had a mixture of continental and scrambled eggs and sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were beautifully made, fresh towels were provided daily, and complimentary bottled water was replenished each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and excellent coffee. The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming, making it a lovely way to start each morning. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and a stunning lobby where we enjoyed unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering the beauty of Puglia. We easily visited Oria, Ostuni, Francavilla Fontana, Gallipoli, Nardò, and several stunning beaches, within a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the accommodation and service to the breakfast and location. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. "Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "

"Stunning hotel in a beautiful location! Our room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the expansive gardens. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. Fab pool area, and recommend a massage and swim in the warm spa pool. Dinner was delicious and very good value, so much food! Breakfast definitely worth it, so many options including fruit from the estate. Very much hope to return one day…"
