"The room is okay, I had 3 nights at the hotel, it was very cold and they have problems with the heating in the Pizzajazz restaurant, but all in all okay. I have spend many nights at this hotel over the last 15 years, and breakfast have always been included, now price is 12 EUR, but because there was very few guest, I could see that they use the same cheese, egg etc. all 3 mornings where we stay there, very small assortment, and very cold room, and limit smile from the staff:-) Can you stay at...

"The staff spoke very good English and they were very helpful with my limited Polish. The restaurant had delicious food and they had very nice amenities."

"Even though the hotel is quite new and really clean. However due to usage some areas need’s some maintenance and updates. Spa are is really nice, clean and relaxing. Breakfast has lots of choices. Staff is very helpful across the hotel. Even though we had some issues with the room, staff went extra mile to resolve it."

Rowery, basen, sauny, na zewnątrz wygodne meble i hamaki. Jednym słowem idealnie. Obsługa hotelowa : recepcji, restauracji hotelowej czy room service bardzo miła, usmiechnięta. "Friendly helpful staff on reception, forgot our adapter & they lent us one. There are no USB sockets in the room. Hotel is in a great location on the main pedestrian street. Room & bathroom was clean & spacious. Did get a bit stuffy & hot even after opening the window. Was a little noisy ant night, our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. Large variety & choice for breakfast."

"Lovely breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff. The only negative was that it was a little further from the centre of town than some other options. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and away to the train station."

"Clean room, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfy bed. Also well located for the Akropolis shopping centre and the main shopping street. Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over."

"Clean room Building is being renovated and all the cosmetic stuff are being redone. The staff is friendly I needed a quiet room and I was upgraded to 3rd floor. I recommend the hotel. "
