"We had a great stay on this incredible property. A few things that stood out were the kind staff, ideal location, and amazing facility."

"The hotel, amenities and pool were great! The only downside was we found the food options kind of bland and boring. Also, most of the staff are not as friendly as expected. Most of the time, they seemed unhappy to be there. Overall, we had a nice time."

"The one lady who checked in was really nice but the other manager/owner? Was the rudest, most angry, unprofessional person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. We honestly were made very uncomfortable and booked another hotel around the corner. While the villa is nice it's really a gilded mansion with very minimal if not gauche interior design, just an afterthought. Felt very soulless. "

"Average hotel with great beach location and great views from our top floor room and the Mix rooftop bar. Service is inconsistent and not the greatest. Food is average at best and inferior to our experience on the French side of St. Martin. The beach has plenty of beach chairs, but the hotel makes it a challenge to exchange towels by only allowing this at the concierge stand during certain hours - there should be towel kiosks at the beach."

"Good resort in excellent location near all the restaurants, shops, bars etc. in Grand Case. Restaurant is expensive (think $15 for half a plastic cup of wine) and this pushes guests to buy their own food drinks outside the resort. Beach is a bit narrow on both the Grand Case and Petite Plage sides and when the wind picks up the Petite Plage side gets very crowded with guests trying to stay out of the wind gusts. Beautiful Moonrise bar / restaurant with amazing views, which could be used for more guest activities. Service is French and a bit hard to get used to, but there are some exceptions like Lucas in the Sunrise Cafe / Petite Plage - he has excellent attitude, quick with a joke and quick with service."

"There is NO beach at this resort. Very disappointing. The staff were not friendly, didn't explain parking was under the hotel, didn't tell us about restaurant or any property features. Halls and building were very old looking. Room had some age, but was very spatious. Balcony was excellent and view was nice. "

"I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations."

"The kitchen offers a stove and pots and pans, but no cooking oil or ingredients."
