"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, especially the entertainment team, who made our vacation so much fun and full of activities. I would also like to highlight the good food, the clean pools, the very close proximity to the beach, the excellent and very clean beach, and the wide range of activities for children—all of which we found very pleasing. I would replace the bed linen in the rooms, as it is very outdated, and train the staff to handle at least basic English conversations, since communication was difficult; I also found the room service merely satisfactory, as we would have liked a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel—especially the staff at the bars and pools, as well as the entertainment team and the concierges, who promptly resolved any issues and were always friendly."

"Our room was in the Coba Tower. The room was clean, and housekeeping came daily. The staff does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel grounds. The landscaping is beautiful, and the property is well-kept. Restaurant service is top-notch, and the food and drinks are delicious and high-quality. There is a fantastic sandy beach. It has everything needed for a wonderful week-long vacation with the family."
