"Almost every element at Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel, setting and most elements of the room were lovely the hotel as an entirety was exceptional. I would say 90% of the staff were at the same level of the standard of the hotel, we had some small issues - check in staff, smells in room furniture, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons, I travel everywhere and would very rarely go back to a hotel but Bon is one I would visit again. Especially after its next expansion. It was extremely accessible, family friendly and the room and common areas were lovely"

"The beach club is about 15 minutes from hotel, if you do not have your own transportation, need to take the shuttle but under reservation. The beach club is kind of small and hard to find a table or spot where to stay, Beach club food is great and helpfull staff ."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Conrad Punta de Mita! The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to Alma and Oliver at Paleta for taking such great care of us. The spa experience was also amazing. My massage was incredibly relaxing and one of the highlights of my stay. I especially appreciated how accommodating the staff was with my mom, who uses a walker. They were always ready to help and provided golf cart transportation around the property, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for our family. The food was another highlight! Both Codex and Mezquite were absolutely delicious, and we truly enjoyed every meal. Beautiful property, excellent service, delicious food, and a staff that genuinely makes you feel cared for. We had a memorable experience and will definitely be returning soon"

"Lovedddddd this hotel! A little on the quiet side, went for a girls trip for relaxation but of course had a night where we got a little tipsy and found that we had to be extremely quiet very early. However the massages were beautiful the hotel is absolutely stunning and food was delicious!!!"
