"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. The property is a little bit on the older side, primarily the Tanguile rooms which were a bit dated. There was a continuous drip coming from the ceiling that filled an entire cup from the evening to the early afternoon.
