"This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. The rooms were clean, well-sized and the beds were comfy.
All of the staff were friendly but the real reason for the 5 star review is Sara. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we checked in. She truly made our experience exceptional.
When encounter someone like Sara who takes such pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests, it transforms a good hotel stay into a great one.
Thank you!

"Buffet breakfast was really good!! Room was really nice and warm, beds very comfy and super clean. The staff were very polite and helpful- even when there were some loud guests they sorted it out very fast. The common room area is really nice and kitchen has everything you need like a kettle and microwave (no stove though!!). Perfect for young female solo travellers- I met some great people :) "
