"Great place to stay"

"Beds are squeaky upon moving and very uncomfortable. Staff unfriendly. Cable limited to 3 channels. Food in the area remote. Choices for food traveling back to Chéticamp about 12 miles away. Pricey to stay. No air conditioning in bedroom only. The living room area with one air conditioner for the entire space. So if you close the door to the bedroom your bedroom area becomes stuffy and hot. Checking out no friendly staff to thank you for your stay. Absent staff."

"It was a disappointing stay at the habour view room at la dique. The room smelt foul. Mattress was old and soft. Bed sheet was rough from over washed and used. Sink water drainage was slow. "

"When we arrived on site the lock was not working in the mobile home we reserved and it smelled terrible inside so we were offered another mobile home but this one also had issues like the a/c not working. I do not recommand this place."

The restaurant was nice however the room we stayed in was extremely dated.Bathroom needs work, wallpaper peeling off from the baseboards which are dingy and also need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced, not sure how clean it is, I would not take a chance on walking on it barefoot. "Stay was good. The advantage of being in town was a good bonus. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Our stay was in one of the motel rooms which were comfortable enough but are a little dated and in need of a refresh in my opinion, particularly the bathroom."

"The room was very well appointed with so many nice touches. The bathroom was very luxurious too! We had a small maintenance issue and the chap came speedily and sorted it within minutes. We actually arrived quite late but the check in info was all very accurate and we had no problems gaining access to the property."

"Very dirty and lack of maintenance. The receptionist was very helpful bur he can’t do all the work cuz out of manpower and all the rooms are not in good condition"

"Unique property, staff was friendly and accommodating and there was a nice breakfast provided in the morning. Kids liked staying here, as there were 3 beds in our room so they didn't have to share. Our only complaint would be the bugs and spiders in the room. It is a "cottage style" vibe, so if you are looking for fancy, it might not be your place."
