The hotel seems to get dirty quickly, and the cleaning staff just leaves the dust and hair and other stuff in the hallway while they are cleaning. So if you leave after the morning rush you will see a dirty hallway. This is random, but the pillows are also too thick.

3 days of adventure in Mardin solo

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The swimming pool is fantastic although it can get very crowded during the day. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired for a 4-star hotel. There is a disinfectant bottle at each floor but, like everywhere in Mardin, no one wears a mask. That could be because of the sweltering weather. Hotel is very far from the city center & most of the cites of attraction. So for those who do not come with their cars, be ready to have enough money on you for taxis.

Otelde çalışan hiç bir kimsede maske takan yoktu. Sözüm ona sigara içilmeyen odada küllük vardı. Oda görsellerdeki gibi geniş değildi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi iyi değil. 4 yıldız fazla. Karşısında otogar var, günübirlik müşteriyi açmışlar sanırım.

Ailemle Mardine gezmeye geldik, oteli fotograflardan cok begendim ama hic yorum goremedigim icin biraz tereddut etmistim fakat otele arabayi park ettigimiz andan itibaren butun personeller cok ozverili, guler yuzlu, yardim severdi. Odalar kesinlikle fotograflarda goruldugu gibi temiz ve modern. Her sey cok cok guzeldi. Ilginiz ve alakaniz icin tesekkur ederim sanirim rezervasyonumuzu uzatip bir gece daha Mardinde ve sizin misafirperver otelinizde kalacagiz.
